Personal positioning and image management with internal/external networks. Knowing how to rally and solicit appropriately.
Adopt assertive and inspiring communication to increase impact. Active listening techniques, empathy, and non-verbal communication. Managing influence situations: negotiation, engagement, and conflict resolution. Role-playing and individualized feedback.
