Why this program matters

  • Ignoring the basics of cybersecurity directly exposes the company to attacks that primarily target administrative workstations.

  • A successful phishing attack or cloned badge can lead to the disclosure of sensitive data, operational disruptions and legal consequences.

  • On an individual level, the employee becomes a visible weak link and sees their professional credibility called into question during incidents.

  • Mastering these skills protects both the career path and the organization.

  • Recognize MICE manipulation levers and compromise signals on business tools.
  • Apply daily digital hygiene and secure physical access against RFID cloning and tailgating.

Program

Cybersecurity curriculum: 5 modules over 5 days

Module 1 : Theme: Fundamentals and security chain (train, encrypt, practice)

Discovery of the three pillars of the 2026 cybersecurity training. Analysis of each workstation's role in protecting the company, identification of critical data and qualitative estimation of the impacts of an incident. Access mapping exercises and first concrete cases of human failure.

Module 2 : Theme: Phishing and detection of suspicious messages (email tools, markers)

Study of real phishing scenarios with analysis of headers, links and attachments. Training to recognize at least six alert markers and application of the do not click, do not reply, report sequence. Feedback on common errors and internal reporting best practices.

Module 3 : Theme: Social engineering and manipulation (phone, in-person, MICE)

Simulation of four typical scenarios: CEO fraud, fake support, fake provider and artificial urgency. Recognition of Money, Ideology, Coercion, Ego levers and identification of appropriate reporting channels. Verification exercises by callback on official numbers.

Module 4 : Theme: Physical access and removable media (RFID, badge, USB)

Application of anti-cloning and anti-tailgating rules with role-play. Identification of risky extensions and refusal of unsolicited macros. Rule of not plugging in unknown USB devices and immediate reporting in case of badge loss.

Module 5 : Theme: Digital hygiene and compromise signals (password manager, 2FA)

Implementation of the five daily reflexes: unique password, two-factor authentication, session lock, protected screen and trusted network. Detection of unexpected windows or out-of-context credential requests and escalation of anomalies without attempting correction.

How Cybersecurity skills are assessed

  • Phishing detection quiz with 80% success target
  • Social engineering role-play and reaction evaluation grid
  • Self-assessment of digital hygiene reflexes applied over five days

How the Cybersecurity course is taught

  • Alternating short presentations and practical exercises
  • Analysis of real cases provided by the trainer
  • Scenario simulations via videoconference
  • Personal security checklist handout

Our method

How Learni guarantees the quality of your Cybersecurity training

Before, during, after: we frame the brief, introduce the trainer, tailor the content and measure impact. You stay in control from kickoff to wrap-up.

Step 1

Rigorous trainer selection

Each trainer is validated on three criteria: hands-on field expertise, proven pedagogy and alignment with your industry.

  • Triple validation: technical, pedagogical, sectoral.
  • Minimum rating 4.8/5 over the last 12 sessions.
Step 2

You meet the trainer beforehand

30-minute video call between you and the selected trainer to validate the fit, adjust content and clear any final doubts.

  • Live briefing on goals and team context.
  • Veto right — we swap the trainer for free if needed.
Step 3

Content tailored to your context

No recycled slides. The syllabus is reworked from your real cases: tools, constraints, vocabulary, ongoing projects.

  • Hands-on cases drawn from your stack and projects.
  • Program co-written then validated by your team.
Step 4

Continuous quality follow-up

Live evaluations, 30/90/180-day check-ins and a consolidation plan. If the impact misses the mark, we rework it.

  • NPS, knowledge quizzes and skills self-assessment.
  • Satisfaction guarantee: fully satisfied or free rework.

A simple promise: you don't pay to discover the trainer on day one. Everything is validated upfront, by you.
