Practical exercises allow generating adversarial examples and analyzing their impact on model performance in enterprise settings.
Module 2 : Theme: Prompt injection and LLM manipulation (LangChain, OpenAI API, real scenarios)
This day focuses on vulnerabilities of large language models. Learners test prompt injection and jailbreak techniques with LangChain and the OpenAI API. They build concrete attack scenarios and assess risks for professional natural language processing applications.
Module 3 : Theme: Robustness evaluation and security metrics (Adversarial Robustness Toolbox, dashboards)
Trainees learn to measure the robustness of AI models using the Adversarial Robustness Toolbox. They create risk monitoring dashboards and conduct audits on business cases. Emphasis is placed on interpreting metrics and prioritizing technical fixes.
Module 4 : Theme: Defense strategies and secure production deployment (MLOps, continuous monitoring)
The final day covers defense methods and integrating red teaming into MLOps pipelines. Participants deploy anomaly detection solutions and continuous monitoring. They finalize a personalized action plan to strengthen the security of their organization's AI systems.
