Module 1 : Theme: Fundamentals of AI red teaming (legal framework, ART and Cleverhans tools, audit deliverables)
This day lays the foundations of red teaming applied to artificial intelligence systems. Participants explore the European regulatory framework, discover open source tools such as Adversarial Robustness Toolbox and Cleverhans, and perform an initial vulnerability audit on a classification model. Module 2 : Theme: Adversarial and poisoning attacks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, industrial scenarios)
Learners design and execute adversarial attacks on vision and NLP models. They use TensorFlow and PyTorch to generate perturbed examples, simulate data poisoning scenarios in an industrial environment and analyze the impact on business performance. Practical exercises help measure robustness and document discovered vulnerabilities.
Module 3 : Theme: Prompt injection and jailbreaks (LLM, LangChain, tests on GPT and Llama)
This session focuses on advanced prompt engineering attacks against large language models. Participants test jailbreak techniques on models such as GPT and Llama using LangChain, evaluate guardrail bypasses and produce detailed vulnerability reports. Real-world role-playing scenarios strengthen operational skills.
Module 4 : Theme: Model extraction and inversion (API testing, leakage metrics, countermeasures)
