Don't let this gap widen

Why this program matters

  • Without this upskilling, your team accumulates a technological gap that translates directly into productivity loss.

  • Organizations that don't train their talents on key topics see their competitiveness drop.

  • Every quarter without training is a gap widening with competitors who invest.

  • The cost of inaction quickly exceeds that of well-targeted training.

AI Act training objectives

  • Define what Article 50 requires, from whom, and what it does not require
  • Inform individuals interacting with an AI system correctly, at the right time and in the right terms
  • Mark synthetic content in a machine-readable format and understand its limitations
  • Address deepfakes and publicly disseminated information content
  • Draft an internal transparency policy and enforce it with agencies and providers

Program

AI Act curriculum: 3 modules over 3 days

Module 1 : What Article 50 actually requires

The four situations covered: direct interaction with an AI system, generation of synthetic content, emotion recognition and biometric categorisation, deepfakes. Who bears the obligation, from provider to deployer, and what happens when the two roles sit in different organisations. Exceptions and their conditions, in particular manifest obviousness for a reasonably informed person and uses authorised by law. Interaction with Article 13 (notice to the deployer) and with the GDPR: information to individuals, automated decision-making, right to human intervention. Commented review of real conversational agents and campaigns: what works, what does not, and why.

Module 2 : Marking content: techniques, robustness and limits

Overview of marking techniques: provenance metadata and content signing, visible and invisible watermarks, digital fingerprints, generation logs. What resists recompression, screenshot capture or cropping, and what does not. Interoperability between generation tools, publication chain and distribution platforms. Where marking occurs in a real editorial workflow, from prompt to published file, and how to avoid losing it along the way. Practical work: mark a batch of images and texts, verify persistence of the mark at each stage, document observed limitations.

Module 3 : Internal policy, interfaces and subcontracting chain

Draft the transparency policy: scope, standard wording and phrasing, triggering thresholds, handling of edited or partially generated content, editorial validation. Design disclosure in the interface: placement, timing, accessibility, and how to avoid decorative notices that no one reads. Govern agencies, freelancers and solution providers: questionnaire, clauses, required evidence, ex-post controls. Build the audit trail: log of generated content, versions, responsible parties, to respond to complaints. Workshop: produce the policy, notice templates and control grid for a communications department.

How AI Act skills are assessed

  • Self-assessment at the start, followed by a validation quiz at the end of each day
  • Continuous assessment of deliverables produced during the session, reviewed by the instructor
  • Final presentation: deliver a compliance deliverable built during the training to the group

How the AI Act course is taught

  • Work on participants’ real AI use cases or anonymized training scenarios
  • Guided reading of the regulation articles and annexes with the consolidated text in view
  • Reusable templates provided: register, document frameworks, analysis and control grids

Our method

How Learni guarantees the quality of your AI Act training

Before, during, after: we frame the brief, introduce the trainer, tailor the content and measure impact. You stay in control from kickoff to wrap-up.

Step 1

Rigorous trainer selection

Each trainer is validated on three criteria: hands-on field expertise, proven pedagogy and alignment with your industry.

  • Triple validation: technical, pedagogical, sectoral.
  • Minimum rating 4.8/5 over the last 12 sessions.
Step 2

You meet the trainer beforehand

30-minute video call between you and the selected trainer to validate the fit, adjust content and clear any final doubts.

  • Live briefing on goals and team context.
  • Veto right — we swap the trainer for free if needed.
Step 3

Content tailored to your context

No recycled slides. The syllabus is reworked from your real cases: tools, constraints, vocabulary, ongoing projects.

  • Hands-on cases drawn from your stack and projects.
  • Program co-written then validated by your team.
Step 4

Continuous quality follow-up

Live evaluations, 30/90/180-day check-ins and a consolidation plan. If the impact misses the mark, we rework it.

  • NPS, knowledge quizzes and skills self-assessment.
  • Satisfaction guarantee: fully satisfied or free rework.

A simple promise: you don't pay to discover the trainer on day one. Everything is validated upfront, by you.
