Don't let this gap widen

Why this program matters

  • Without this upskilling, your team accumulates a technological gap that translates directly into productivity loss.

  • Organizations that don't train their talents on key topics see their competitiveness drop.

  • Every quarter without training is a gap widening with competitors who invest.

  • The cost of inaction quickly exceeds that of well-targeted training.

Learning objectives

  • Build the post-market surveillance plan and feed it with useful data
  • Qualify a serious incident and trigger notification within the required timeframes
  • Conduct the investigation, corrective actions and information sharing across the value chain
  • Align this mechanism with data breach notification and sector-specific obligations
  • Respond to a market surveillance authority request without improvisation

Program

Module 1The post-market surveillance plan

What the regulation requires of the provider once the system is in service: collect, document and analyse usage data throughout the system's lifecycle, including feedback from deployers. Design the plan: data sources, production performance indicators, drift detection, field feedback and complaints, temporal scope, responsibilities. Linkage to the quality management system and risk management: surveillance feeds risk reassessment and is not a decorative annual report. Interactions with deployers: what must be reported back, through which channel, and what is owed in return. Workshop: draft the surveillance plan for a high-risk system.

Module 2Serious incident: qualification, timeframes, notification

Definition of a serious incident and the boundary with a simple anomaly, performance defect or data breach. Notification timeframes and what shortens them: serious and irreversible damage to critical infrastructure, death of a person, widespread infringement. Content of the notification, recipient, initial then complete notification when analysis is not finished. Internal investigation: evidence preservation, logs, root cause analysis, residual risk assessment. Corrective actions, withdrawal, recall, compliance restoration, and information to distributors, importers and deployers. Alignment with personal data breach notification, medical device vigilance and sector-specific safety obligations to avoid producing three incompatible notifications.

Module 3Organise and practise

Set up the system: single point of entry, on-call rota, qualification decision tree, pre-filled notification templates, responsibility matrix, legal and executive validation circuit. Cooperate with the market surveillance authority: requests for documentation and log access, measures it may order, posture and traceability of exchanges. Communication to clients and the public: what is said, when, by whom. Full-day simulation exercise: incident declared at the start, qualification, notification drafted within deadlines, action plan, followed by collective debrief on observed gaps.

Evaluation method

  • Self-assessment at the start, followed by a validation quiz at the end of each day
  • Continuous evaluation of deliverables produced during the session, reviewed by the instructor
  • Final restitution: group presentation of the compliance deliverable built during the training

Learning method

  • Work on participants' real AI use cases or anonymized training scenarios
  • Guided reading of the regulation articles and annexes, with the consolidated text available
  • Reusable templates provided: register, documentation frameworks, analysis and control grids

Our method

Training quality, guaranteed at every step

Before, during, after: we frame the brief, introduce the trainer, tailor the content and measure impact. You stay in control from kickoff to wrap-up.

Step 1

Rigorous trainer selection

Each trainer is validated on three criteria: hands-on field expertise, proven pedagogy and alignment with your industry.

  • Triple validation: technical, pedagogical, sectoral.
  • Minimum rating 4.8/5 over the last 12 sessions.
Step 2

You meet the trainer beforehand

30-minute video call between you and the selected trainer to validate the fit, adjust content and clear any final doubts.

  • Live briefing on goals and team context.
  • Veto right — we swap the trainer for free if needed.
Step 3

Content tailored to your context

No recycled slides. The syllabus is reworked from your real cases: tools, constraints, vocabulary, ongoing projects.

  • Hands-on cases drawn from your stack and projects.
  • Program co-written then validated by your team.
Step 4

Continuous quality follow-up

Live evaluations, 30/90/180-day check-ins and a consolidation plan. If the impact misses the mark, we rework it.

  • NPS, knowledge quizzes and skills self-assessment.
  • Satisfaction guarantee: fully satisfied or free rework.

A simple promise: you don't pay to discover the trainer on day one. Everything is validated upfront, by you.
