Our social commitment

A school kit donated to a child for every training

To fight inequalities in access to education, Learni donates a complete school kit to a child in need for every training booked. You build your skills, a child heads back to school.

  • Backpack, notebooks and essential supplies
  • Distributed through our partner charities
  • Included, at no extra cost to you

The Learni story

Founded by engineers and learning experts, Learni's mission is to make high-impact tech training accessible to teams everywhere. We work remotely with organizations across the US and Canada, in your time zone, to help teams upskill fast.

Don't let this gap widen

Why this program matters

  • Without this upskilling, your team accumulates a technological gap that translates directly into productivity loss.

  • Organizations that don't train their talents on key topics see their competitiveness drop.

  • Every quarter without training is a gap widening with competitors who invest.

  • The cost of inaction quickly exceeds that of well-targeted training.

Program

Module 1Framing the Mission

Build the audit framework from the regulation: requirements applicable to high-risk systems, obligations of the provider or deployer according to the audited role, quality management system, post-market surveillance and incident reporting. Types of missions: internal audit, supplier evaluation, dry-run review before a notified body intervention, post-incident control. Engagement, scope, criteria, auditor independence and conflict-of-interest management. Audit plan, sampling, schedule, contacts, rules of evidence and confidentiality. Workshop: draft the engagement letter and audit plan for a case brought by participants.

Module 2Auditing Risk Management and Data

Expected evidence for the risk management system: dated analyses, successive versions, acceptability decisions and signatories, re-evaluations triggered by surveillance. Interview techniques with product and data teams and how to surface a gap without putting the auditee on the defensive. Audit of data governance: origin, preparation, annotation, representativeness, bias analysis, corrective measures, documented gaps. Consistency tests between what the documentation describes and what the pipeline actually does: review of training code, dataset verification, date controls. Practical work on a real anonymized file with findings presentation.

Module 3Auditing Documentation, Logs and Instructions

Review technical documentation against Annex IV, point by point, and distinguish absence from insufficiency. Verify that the documented version is the one in service: model number, deployment date, change history, retraining traceability. Audit of logging: events actually recorded, retention, usability for investigation. Audit of instructions for use: are declared performances the measured ones, do announced limits match the tests, is the described human oversight the one that exists at the deployer. Qualification of substantial modifications not re-evaluated. Workshop: conduct a full documentary review of a system and record findings.

Module 4Testing Human Oversight, Performance and Security

Audit human oversight where it occurs: workstation observation, interviews with supervisors, measurement of available time, verification that the possibility to override system output exists in practice and in procedures. Review of provided test results: independence of evaluation sets, covered subpopulations, acceptance criteria, unfavorable results and their handling. Targeted counter-tests conducted by the auditor on a sample. Review of AI-specific cybersecurity provisions and model supply chain. Role-play: each subgroup audits the system prepared by another, with interviews played by participants.

Module 5Conclude, Report, Follow Up

Qualify deviations: major non-conformity, minor non-conformity, observation, and what justifies each level with regard to risk to individuals. Draft a usable report: finding, evidence, requirement concerned, effect, recommendation, without confusing recommendation with solution prescription. Oral presentation to an executive committee: what is said, what is demonstrated, how to maintain a contested conclusion. Remediation plan, prioritization, milestones, effectiveness control and closure of deviations. Preparing the organization for official evaluation and authority control. Final examination: complete audit of a system over half a day, written report, presentation defended before the group.

Evaluation method

  • Self-assessment at the start, followed by a validation quiz at the end of each day
  • Continuous evaluation of deliverables produced during the session, reviewed by the instructor
  • Final presentation: deliver the compliance deliverable built during the training to the group

Learning method

  • Work on participants' real AI use cases or anonymized training files
  • Guided reading of the regulation articles and annexes with the consolidated text at hand
  • Reusable templates provided: register, documentation frameworks, analysis and control grids

Our method

Training quality, guaranteed at every step

Before, during, after: we frame the brief, introduce the trainer, tailor the content and measure impact. You stay in control from kickoff to wrap-up.

Step 1

Rigorous trainer selection

Each trainer is validated on three criteria: hands-on field expertise, proven pedagogy and alignment with your industry.

  • Triple validation: technical, pedagogical, sectoral.
  • Minimum rating 4.8/5 over the last 12 sessions.
Step 2

You meet the trainer beforehand

30-minute video call between you and the selected trainer to validate the fit, adjust content and clear any final doubts.

  • Live briefing on goals and team context.
  • Veto right — we swap the trainer for free if needed.
Step 3

Content tailored to your context

No recycled slides. The syllabus is reworked from your real cases: tools, constraints, vocabulary, ongoing projects.

  • Hands-on cases drawn from your stack and projects.
  • Program co-written then validated by your team.
Step 4

Continuous quality follow-up

Live evaluations, 30/90/180-day check-ins and a consolidation plan. If the impact misses the mark, we rework it.

  • NPS, knowledge quizzes and skills self-assessment.
  • Satisfaction guarantee: fully satisfied or free rework.

A simple promise: you don't pay to discover the trainer on day one. Everything is validated upfront, by you.
