The day focuses on structuring the training plan. Learners design progressive modules integrating screen printing, DTP and print workflows. They apply agile methods to prioritize sequences and define evaluation modalities. A complete modular framework deliverable is finalized at the end of the practical exercises.
Module 3Theme: Planning and deployment of the training plan (calendar tools, ROI methods, detailed planning deliverables)
Participants develop the operational schedule for the training plan. They incorporate production constraints in printing and DTP to optimize time slots. Deployment simulations enable calculation of expected ROI for the company. The final deliverable includes a visual calendar and certifying monitoring indicators.
