Module 1Groundedness and RAG: building vector databases and structured prompts (LangChain, Chroma)
Participants index business corpora in Chroma, apply semantic chunking, and build RAG chains with LangChain. They test multiple retrieval strategies on internal documents and export a first reproducible pipeline in MLflow.
Module 2Groundedness evaluation: faithfulness and citation metrics with TruLens
Building on the pipelines from day 1, learners instrument TruLens to compute groundedness, faithfulness, and citation accuracy scores. They identify acceptable thresholds, refine prompts, and deliver a reusable evaluation dashboard.
Module 3Groundedness in production: model serving and drift monitoring (MLflow, Evidently)
Teams deploy the evaluated pipeline via MLflow Model Serving, add drift monitoring on embeddings and sources, simulate real-time queries, document guardrails, and leave with a model ready for industrialization.
