Apply the five essential Lean principles by simulating a production workshop, set up a pull system to avoid overproduction, optimize continuous flow through timed exercises on real processes, test iterative perfection with rapid feedback loops, develop a personal Lean dashboard and integrate these concepts into a company red thread project for immediate and measurable results.

Module 3Introductory Lean Tools: 5S and Visual Standards (Audit, Implementation, Checklists)

Start with a 5S audit of your virtual workspace, sort and organize using dedicated digital tools, clean and standardize your processes with interactive checklists, maintain 5S discipline by simulating cross-participant audits, create visual standards for your teams, apply all this to a concrete case from your sector and leave with a ready-to-deploy 5S kit for your company.

Module 4Lean Kaizen Workshops: Continuous Improvement (Brainstorming, PDCA, A3)

Launch dynamic Kaizen workshops in small groups, use the PDCA method to test rapid improvements on failing processes, write a complete A3 report on a real problem from your activity, brainstorm collaborative solutions with digital Lean tools, measure gains in time and quality before/after, integrate these practices into your red thread project and gain autonomy to lead your own Kaizen events.
