Dive into the history of Lean at Toyota, identify value added for the end customer, analyze common wastes in your company's daily processes, perform practical exercises on real cases to map a simple flow, produce your first basic Value Stream Map and receive personalized feedback from the expert trainer to anchor these solid foundations from the first day.
Module 2Lean Principles: Mastering the 5 Golden Rules (Continuous Flow, Pull, Perfection)
Apply the five essential Lean principles by simulating a production workshop, set up a pull system to avoid overproduction, optimize continuous flow through timed exercises on real processes, test iterative perfection with rapid feedback loops, develop a personal Lean dashboard and integrate these concepts into a company red thread project for immediate and measurable results.
Module 3Introductory Lean Tools: 5S and Visual Standards (Audit, Implementation, Checklists)
Start with a 5S audit of your virtual workspace, sort and organize using dedicated digital tools, clean and standardize your processes with interactive checklists, maintain 5S discipline by simulating cross-participant audits, create visual standards for your teams, apply all this to a concrete case from your sector and leave with a ready-to-deploy 5S kit for your company.
Module 4Lean Kaizen Workshops: Continuous Improvement (Brainstorming, PDCA, A3)
Launch dynamic Kaizen workshops in small groups, use the PDCA method to test rapid improvements on failing processes, write a complete A3 report on a real problem from your activity, brainstorm collaborative solutions with digital Lean tools, measure gains in time and quality before/after, integrate these practices into your red thread project and gain autonomy to lead your own Kaizen events.
Module 5Lean Deployment in the Company: Action Plan and KPI Measurement (Roadmap, Monitoring)
Design a 6-month Lean roadmap tailored to your professional context, define relevant Lean KPIs such as cycle time and quality rate, simulate deployment monitoring with Kanban dashboards, anticipate change resistance through French company case studies, finalize your certifiable action plan with a defense in front of the trainer, leave ready to transform your operations and boost competitiveness.

Methods, materials and delivery
The Lean Training - Eliminating Waste in the Company program is delivered onsite or remote (blended-learning, e-learning, virtual classroom, remote presence). At Learni, an industry-certified training organization, every program is built to maximize skills acquisition regardless of the chosen format.
The trainer alternates between demonstrative, interrogative and active methods (through hands-on labs and/or scenarios). This pedagogical approach guarantees concrete learning that's immediately applicable at work.
Equipment required
For the smooth delivery of the Lean Training - Eliminating Waste in the Company program, the following equipment is required:
- Mac or PC computers, high-speed fiber internet, whiteboard or flipchart, projector or interactive touch screen (for remote sessions)
- Training environments installed on workstations or accessible online
- Course materials, hands-on exercises and complementary resources
- Post-training access to materials and educational resources
For intra-company training on a site outside Learni, the client commits to providing all required teaching materials (computers, internet, etc.) for the smooth delivery of the program in line with the prerequisites in the communicated program.

Assessment of skills acquired during the Lean Training - Eliminating Waste in the Company program is performed through:
