Module 3Flow Optimization: A/B Testing and Analytics (heatmaps, funnel analysis)
Learn to optimize flows using tools like Hotjar and Google Analytics integrated with Figma, analyze real funnels with drop-off rates over 40%, conduct A/B tests on flow variants, hands-on exercises on refactoring an e-commerce checkout journey, quantify conversion gains, produce an optimization report with data-backed recommendations, prepare assets for developer handoff.
Module 4Flows in Production: Agile Integration and Scalability (dev handoff, accessibility)
