The Learni story

Founded by passionate learning and innovation experts, Learni's mission is to make professional training accessible to everyone, anywhere in the world. Our team operates in major hubs — London, New York, Boston — and internationally, to support talents and organizations in upskilling.

Don't let this gap widen

Why this program matters

  • Without this upskilling, your team accumulates a technological gap that translates directly into productivity loss.

  • Organizations that don't train their talents on key topics see their competitiveness drop.

  • Every quarter without training is a gap widening with competitors who invest.

  • The cost of inaction quickly exceeds that of well-targeted training.

Program

Module 1Topic: Advanced Zoom and RGAA compliance (WCAG, methods, tools)

Participants explore WCAG criteria related to zoom and magnification, perform concrete tests on real websites using tools such as ZoomText and browser extensions. They analyze business cases, identify RGAA non-conformities and produce a first detailed audit report including actionable recommendations for a certified professional training.

Module 2Topic: Responsive Zoom and accessible design (tools, prototypes, deliverables)

This day covers the design of fluid layouts supporting up to 400% zoom without content loss. Learners use Figma and modern CSS to create prototypes tested live, complete practical exercises on client mockups and deliver an accessible mockup validated according to professional web accessibility standards.

Module 3Topic: Zoom and RGAA audit in the enterprise (methods, checklists, reports)

Trainees conduct a complete audit of a web application incorporating all zoom criteria. They use advanced RGAA checklists, document issues with screenshots and measurements, then write a professional report usable by a development team to quickly correct digital accessibility gaps.

Module 4Topic: Zoom and assistive technologies (readers, configurations, tests)

Practical training on the interaction between zoom and screen readers such as JAWS or NVDA. Participants configure test environments, run real user scenarios, analyze conflicts and produce correction sheets adapted to business projects and certified accessibility training.

Module 5Topic: Final Zoom project and certification (deliverables, defense, RGAA)

Learners finalize a complete zoom optimization project on a client website. They present their work, receive expert feedback, integrate the latest RGAA corrections and obtain a skills certificate attesting to their advanced mastery of web accessibility and professional requirements.

Evaluation method

  • Daily practical exercises
  • Full audit with final report
  • Defense of the end-of-training project

Learning method

  • Active methods and real case studies
  • Practical work on professional tools
  • Individualized feedback each day
  • Resources and post-training community

Our method

Training quality, guaranteed at every step

Before, during, after: we frame the brief, introduce the trainer, tailor the content and measure impact. You stay in control from kickoff to wrap-up.

Step 1

Rigorous trainer selection

Each trainer is validated on three criteria: hands-on field expertise, proven pedagogy and alignment with your industry.

  • Triple validation: technical, pedagogical, sectoral.
  • Minimum rating 4.8/5 over the last 12 sessions.
Step 2

You meet the trainer beforehand

30-minute video call between you and the selected trainer to validate the fit, adjust content and clear any final doubts.

  • Live briefing on goals and team context.
  • Veto right — we swap the trainer for free if needed.
Step 3

Content tailored to your context

No recycled slides. The syllabus is reworked from your real cases: tools, constraints, vocabulary, ongoing projects.

  • Hands-on cases drawn from your stack and projects.
  • Program co-written then validated by your team.
Step 4

Continuous quality follow-up

Live evaluations, 30/90/180-day check-ins and a consolidation plan. If the impact misses the mark, we rework it.

  • NPS, knowledge quizzes and skills self-assessment.
  • Satisfaction guarantee: fully satisfied or free rework.

A simple promise: you don't pay to discover the trainer on day one. Everything is validated upfront, by you.
