Introduction to Infrastructure as Code, presentation of Terraform and its architecture, installation of Terraform, creation of the first configuration, Terraform workflow (init, plan, apply, destroy), management of providers, variables, outputs, use of local and remote state, first deployments on a public cloud.
Module 2Organization, Modules, and Advanced State Management
Structuring complex configurations, using and creating modules to share resources, best practices for versioning and scaling, sharing modules, remote state management (S3 backend, GCS, Azure Storage), state locking, encryption, manipulating workspaces for multiple environment management.
Module 3Security, Automation, and DevOps Integration
Securing secrets and credentials, integrating Terraform into a CI/CD pipeline (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions), managing permissions with cloud providers, testing and code validation (tflint, terraform validate, checkov), error management and troubleshooting, organizing a team project, multi-cloud deployment, case studies, feedback, and advanced perspectives.
