Module 2SPI instruments: Dashboards and indicators
Understand and select KPIs (Overall Equipment Effectiveness/OEE, TRS, TRG, Productivity, Quality, Safety…). Methodology for building effective dashboards, data visualization, selection of analysis frequencies. Practical workshops for creating SPI dashboards.
Module 3Deploying and animating a high-performance SPI
Structuring the animation: daily SPI routines, visual management, facilitation of piloting meetings. Gap analysis: methods and tools (Pareto, 5M, Ishikawa, PDCA). Corrective actions and performance tracking. Case studies: integrating SPI in Lean or Industry 4.0 environments, adaptation to remote work or decentralized production.
