Module 1Discover the Raspberry Pi
Presentation of the Raspberry Pi ecosystem and different versions. Unboxing, first manipulations, essential connections (power, screen, peripherals). OS installation on SD card. First boot and initial configuration, WiFi connection, system update. Discovery of the graphical environment, navigation in menus and software installation via the software library.
Module 2Take Control of the Hardware and System
Command line control: exploring the terminal, common Linux commands, file management. Using GPIO ports to control LEDs, buttons, or read simple sensors (temperature sensor, push button). Introduction to Python to control the Raspberry Pi (basic structures and simple scripts to interact with hardware). Securing and backing up the system (SSH, VNC, creating backup images).
Module 3Carry Out Practical Projects with the Raspberry Pi
Design of guided projects adapted to beginner level: creation of a lightweight web server (install Apache or Nginx, put a personal web page online), a connected weather station (temperature readings, LCD display), basic home automation (control of a socket/relay via web or mobile interface). Detection and resolution of common issues. Presentation of online resources and communities to go further.
