This day focuses on the concrete integration of physical sensors. Learners program ESP32 microcontrollers to publish temperature and humidity measurements. They use Node-RED to visualize MQTT flows in real time. Practical workshops cover reconnection management and message persistence. The final deliverable is a simple dashboard connected to real sensors.
Module 3Theme: MQTT and LoRa for long-range communications (gateways and payloads)
Participants explore the combination of MQTT with LoRa networks. They configure gateways to transmit data from remote sensors to a central broker.
