Collaborative state management with remote backends (S3, GCS, Azure Storage), introduction to state locking and security. In-depth coverage of secrets management. Practical exercises: structure a multi-module project, shared state management.
Module 3 : Advanced Strategies, Testing, and CI/CD Integration with Terraform
In-depth coverage of resource lifecycle management, multiple providers, dependencies, environment management, and security policies with Sentinel. Hands-on with Terratest for infrastructure testing. Integrating Terraform into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.), code reviews, and team collaboration best practices. Case studies on full infrastructure automation. Exercises: automated deployment of a complex infrastructure via CI/CD pipeline.
