Identification of personal data, organization and management of the processing register, risk analysis, introduction to the PIA (Privacy Impact Assessment), practical mapping exercises.
Module 3Compliance and Risk Management
Privacy Impact Analysis (PIA), security policies, data breach management, notification to the CNIL, designation/subcontracting, management of individuals' rights (right of access, rectification, to be forgotten), drafting of legal notices.
Module 4Piloting Daily Compliance
Development and deployment of a GDPR roadmap, implementation of monitoring indicators, internal procedures, compliance audits, tools and software, control and reporting procedures. Practical cases.
Module 5Communication, Awareness, and Monitoring
Internal communication strategy and awareness-raising, workshop facilitation, stakeholder relationship management, regulatory monitoring and procedure adaptation, experience feedback, review and perspectives of the DPO mission.
