Don't let this gap widen

Why this program matters

  • Without this upskilling, your team accumulates a technological gap that translates directly into productivity loss.

  • Organizations that don't train their talents on key topics see their competitiveness drop.

  • Every quarter without training is a gap widening with competitors who invest.

  • The cost of inaction quickly exceeds that of well-targeted training.

AI Use Case Portfolio training objectives

  • Master the construction of an AI use case portfolio for HR and finance roles
  • Map HR use cases with Copilot and document synthesis tools
  • Prioritize finance use cases according to ROI and technical feasibility criteria
  • Document each case with a standardized template including data, risks, and indicators
  • Present the final portfolio to a business leadership team in a structured 10-minute format
  • Avoid common pitfalls of over-commitment and non-compliant data

AI Use Case Portfolio curriculum: 3 modules over 3 days

Module 1 : Theme: AI Use Case Portfolio - HR Exploration with Copilot and Synthesis (tools, methods, deliverables)

Participants test Copilot on real HR tasks: drafting job postings, analyzing resumes, and summarizing interviews. They collect 8 concrete cases, record measured time savings, and note points of friction. Each case is logged in a shared spreadsheet that serves as the foundation for the following days.

Module 2 : Theme: AI Use Case Portfolio - Finance Analysis and Opportunity Scoring (tools, methods, deliverables)

Building on the HR cases produced the previous day, the group applies the same methods to finance processes: cash flow forecasting, anomaly detection, and reporting. Participants calculate a priority score for each case and eliminate duplicates. A second consolidated spreadsheet is created.

Module 3 : Theme: AI Use Case Portfolio - Synthesis, Final Prioritization, and Presentation (tools, methods, deliverables)

Participants merge the two spreadsheets into a single portfolio of 12 cases, adding indicators and risks. Each person prepares a 10-minute presentation. The presentations are recorded and debriefed to improve clarity and impact. The final deliverable is exported in PDF format.

Our method

How Learni guarantees the quality of your AI Use Case Portfolio training

Before, during, after: we frame the brief, introduce the trainer, tailor the content and measure impact. You stay in control from kickoff to wrap-up.

Step 1

Rigorous trainer selection

Each trainer is validated on three criteria: hands-on field expertise, proven pedagogy and alignment with your industry.

  • Triple validation: technical, pedagogical, sectoral.
  • Minimum rating 4.8/5 over the last 12 sessions.
Step 2

You meet the trainer beforehand

30-minute video call between you and the selected trainer to validate the fit, adjust content and clear any final doubts.

  • Live briefing on goals and team context.
  • Veto right — we swap the trainer for free if needed.
Step 3

Content tailored to your context

No recycled slides. The syllabus is reworked from your real cases: tools, constraints, vocabulary, ongoing projects.

  • Hands-on cases drawn from your stack and projects.
  • Program co-written then validated by your team.
Step 4

Continuous quality follow-up

Live evaluations, 30/90/180-day check-ins and a consolidation plan. If the impact misses the mark, we rework it.

  • NPS, knowledge quizzes and skills self-assessment.
  • Satisfaction guarantee: fully satisfied or free rework.

A simple promise: you don't pay to discover the trainer on day one. Everything is validated upfront, by you.
