The Personal Training Account (CPF)
Every worker accumulates training entitlements credited in euros to their CPF. This account allows autonomous funding of certifying or qualifying training. The balance can be checked on moncompteformation.gouv.fr and may be topped up by the employer.
Funding through OPCOs
Skills Operators (OPCOs) collect contributions from companies and fund training actions for their members. Each professional sector is affiliated with a specific OPCO. Learni assists you in preparing your OPCO applications to simplify the process.
