OPCOs (Operators of Skills) are state-approved organizations that collect contributions from companies for vocational training and fund training initiatives. There are 11 OPCOs in France, each covering specific professional sectors.

AFDAS, Atlas, Ocapiat, Uniformation, Constructys, OPCO EP, AKTO, OPCO2i, OPCO Mobilités, OPCO Santé, OPCOMMERCE. Each company is affiliated with an OPCO based on its collective bargaining agreement.
