Introduction à la notion de roadmap. Pourquoi et quand en créer une ? Types de roadmaps : produit, projet, stratégique. Identification des parties prenantes. Définition des objectifs stratégiques et opérationnels. Études de cas réels et analyse de roadmaps existantes.
Méthodologie pas à pas pour élaborer une roadmap. Recueil des besoins, priorisation et allocations des ressources. Décomposition en lots et jalons clés. Ateliers pratiques pour créer sa première roadmap (mise en situation par groupes). Synthèse : tableau des dépendances et gestion des obstacles.
Animer, ajuster et communiquer autour de la roadmap : bonnes pratiques, gestion des imprévus. Introduction aux principaux outils digitaux (Jira, Trello, Monday.com, Gantt...). Reporting, visualisation et diffusion adaptée. Construire un plan de communication pour embarquer les parties prenantes. Dernier atelier : adaptation en temps réel d’une roadmap sur cas concret.
