The Training: Mastering the Art of Positive Feedback: Developing Constructive Communication in the Workplace training is delivered in-person or remotely (blended-learning, e-learning, virtual classroom, remote in-person). Introduction to proven methods: DESC model, non-violent communication (CNV), F.E.E.D. method; learn to structure and formulate positive feedback orally and in writing; practical exercises to transform a generic compliment into precise, useful, and valuing feedback; personalize the message respecting the context and individual sensitivities.
