Presentation of expressive writing, its challenges and benefits. Exercises to free your pen, stimulate your imagination and bypass self-censorship. Introduction to the journal, improvised writing and automatic writing. First sharings and group discussions. Relaxation session to facilitate letting go.
Analysis of different expressive genres (life stories, letters, portraits, inner dialogues). Sensory description exercises to enrich your texts. Writing on memories, emotions, dreams or significant events. Practice of creativity tools: writing constraints, role-playing games, rewriting from images or music.
Methodologies to organize an expressive text and give it rhythm. Reading and constructive criticism workshops in pairs. Rewriting techniques, style improvement, work on coherence and authenticity. Reflection on publication (blog, social networks, private notebook). Individual review and personalized progression plans.
