The Training Design System: Mastering Creation and Management for Optimal Digital Coherence training is delivered in-person or remotely (blended-learning, e-learning, virtual classroom, remote in-person). Main components: styles, tokens, guidelines, component charters, accessibility principles, versioning tools. Examples of integration into the overall design strategy.
Structuring a Design System (workshop modeling foundations: colors, typography, iconography, grid, spacing, etc.). Workflow for creating atomic components to complex components. Atomic Design methodology. Choice of solutions/tools (Figma, Storybook, Zeroheight, Git). Design System governance: roles, responsibilities, contribution and validation processes. Updates and version management. Practical workshop on documentation and prototyping in Figma/Storybook.
Adoption strategies (communication, internal onboarding, training). How to involve developers, designers, product teams, and stakeholders. Measure performance and usage of the Design System. Maintainability, scalability, technical debt management, and user feedback. Case studies: experience feedback, pitfalls to avoid, key success indicators. Action plan workshop for implementation and fostering a contribution culture.
