Lecture de heatmaps de clics, de mouvement, de scroll. Méthodologie d’analyse pertinente : corrélation avec les parcours utilisateurs, points de friction, zones chaudes/froides. Segmentation des résultats et analyse multi-périphériques (desktop/mobile/tablette).
