Process mapping, analysis of physical and information flows, identification of breaking points and bottlenecks. Practical case study to understand a typical workshop by sector: food processing, automotive, or pharmaceutical.
Implementation of Lean Manufacturing tools (5S, SMED, Kaizen, TPM). Presentation of steering techniques (dashboards, visual management, indicators). Internal audit procedures, production planning, and priority management. Maintaining and improving performance (PDCA approach, problem solving).
Integration of preventive and predictive maintenance into the organization (CMMS, maintenance plan). Quality management challenges and techniques (ISO 9001, statistical control, zero defect approaches). Occupational safety management systems: risk analysis, compliance with standards, safety culture. Conclusion: development of a personalized action plan to implement in the trainee's position.
