The Training: Management and Support for Visual Impairment: Fundamentals for Professionals training is delivered in-person or remotely (blended-learning, e-learning, virtual classroom, remote in-person). • Consequences on daily life, learning, professional integration, and mobility • Psychological and social impacts, adaptation strategies • Adapt one's posture, language, and communication (verbal and non-verbal) • Awareness of stereotypes and misconceptions • Role-playing exercises (mobility, adapted reading, meals, etc.)
• Presentation of technical aids: white canes, Braille, speech synthesis, digital adaptations (software, smartphones, etc.) • Practical workshops on using these aids • Accessibility of environments, adaptations, and signage • Build individualized support (personalized plan, partner networks, associative and institutional resources) • Practical cases: situation analysis, experience feedback, co-construction of solutions
