Intégration de la veille réglementaire dans la gestion d’entreprise. Identification et prévention des risques juridiques majeurs : responsabilité civile et pénale, contentieux commercial, non-conformité RGPD, etc. Décryptage des évolutions récentes du droit européen impactant les entreprises.
