Développement de l’écoute active, techniques d’empathie et de communication non violente (CNV), gestion des émotions, analyse du langage verbal et non verbal, posture du médiateur, construction de la relation de confiance avec les parties.
Déroulement d’une médiation : cadrage, présentation des règles, gestion du temps et de l’espace, conduite des entretiens individuels et collectifs, formulation des intérêts et besoins, gestion des blocages et résistance au changement, clôture et formalisation d’accords. Cas pratiques et jeux de rôle pour renforcer l’apprentissage.
